Day 1: Kathmandu (1400 M/4264 Ft)

Namaste and Welcome to Kathmandu, Nepal. Arrive at Kathmandu airport anytime. Meet your representative from Anu Treks and have a detailed meeting for your trip with your team leader, please ask the receptionist where the meeting is going to hold if you are unsure. If you have spare time, explore busy Kathmandu. Kathmandu is a capital city of Nepal which holds an ancient and historical architecture and symbols of the 20th century blending with traditional Culture.

Day 2: Bardia National Park

Namaste and welcome to Bardia, Nepal. You may arrive any time either in Nepalgunj Airport or Amassa point, meet our local expert safari guide then transfer to the hotel Bardia Jungle Cottage. Take a rest for your own comfortable after welcome drinks. if you have spare time, we will explore our beautiful traditional village and their living style, cultures in a non-traffic region. We will also visit the Crocodile breeding centre and Elephant breeding centre where you can have the great opportunity to discover their habitat and lifestyle in a close-up look.

Additional Cost: Pick and Drop from/to Nepalgunj Airport is an additional charge. Transportation is from/to Nepalgunj Airport is not included in this package. Pick up from Ambassa Point is free of charge.

Note: We no longer support elephant ride as of the animal rights, if you really want an elephant ride we will recommend you the park headquarter and you can have the elephant safari.

Day 3: Explore Bardia National Park

Wake up early morning before the sun rises, have your early breakfast before 6 AM then get ready for your jungle walk with your jungle stick. Before you enter the Bardia Jungle, Your safari guide will explain to you about wildlife and safety so you prepare to be safe yourself in the jungle in an emergency. 

Today your guide will take you a whole day jungle trip with packed lunch entering deep jungle towards Karnali River Bank, Animal territory area including Bird Watching. You will be exploring a huge area on this day.

Day 4: Visit The Tiger Territory

Today again you will wake up early morning for your early breakfast. You will meet your safari guide in the hotel then get ready for an exploration of tiger territory areas on foot. Walking is one of the most adventurous ways to explore the hidden wildlife in Bardia National Park. Today’s main attractions are tiger territory, animal spotting, bird watching, following animals tracks in different areas like Grassland, Riverine Forest, Khair-Sisso Forest etc. 

Tonight we will have the cultural dance dinner where our local community from the village will perform their traditional dance which is one of the most attractions in our community. We feel happy and proud to support the local community and their culture so we still have our traditional culture that keeps going from one generation to another.

Day 4: Departure 

Today you will have the breakfast in the morning around 6 AM, meet your safari guide then delve into community forest and Riverside for a Bird Watching trip, then get back to the hotel then departure to your next destination.
