While walking the Himalayas of Nepal provides an excellent opportunity to understand the local community with rich cultures, and the amazing natural beauty that many trails up steep, slopes are often paved with stones. Trekking in Nepal entrails walking up and down countless times.

The longer you walk in the Himalayas, long trekkers return home with a fitter, able to understand the local life in mountains, cultures and inspired by a healthier life to live.
